If I have a question during my stay, may I speak to the staff at the hotel front desk?
Tremblant on the Rocks is a private condo rental located in the Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort. While guests can enjoy a range of complimentary amenities at our condo, front desk services are only provided to regular hotel guests. If you have any questions during your stay, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you!
Do I need to supply my own food?
Yes, you need to supply your own food. But don’t worry, our Tremblant condo is located close to many restaurants and stores, so you’ll never go hungry. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stovetop, coffee maker and toaster. You’ll also find dishes, utensils and a dishwasher.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations after 48 hours of booking cannot be refunded.
Can I smoke on the premises?
No, smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
When is check-out?
Check-out is at noon (12pm).
